Privacy notice

How this website handles your information.

We are a governance and privacy advisory firm, so we hold this site to the standard we recommend to clients: collect the minimum, explain it plainly, and delete on request. Last reviewed: 2 September 2026.

What we collect, and why

  • Contact form and scorecard requests. Name, work email, company, phone (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. If you request a scorecard action plan we also receive your scorecard answers and score. We use this only to respond to you and to scope an engagement.
  • Attribution. When you submit a form we record which campaign link, if any, brought you to the site (UTM parameters), the page you landed on, and the referring site. This is stored in your browser's session storage until you submit or close the tab; it is never set as a cookie and is not used to track you across sites.
  • Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Umami) that records aggregate page views, referrers, and button clicks. It does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not identify individual visitors. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting, retained for a limited period under the provider's policy.

What we do not do

  • No advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or session-replay tools.
  • No sale or sharing of your information with third parties for their marketing.
  • No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.

Scorecard answers

The AI Governance Readiness Scorecard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted anywhere unless you choose "Send my action plan," in which case your score, domain breakdown, and top gaps are emailed to us together with the contact details you enter.

Retention and your rights

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by our professional and tax obligations. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email principal@sticcite.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, these rights apply to you under the relevant statute and we will honor them regardless of location.

Third parties we rely on

Website hosting (the server that runs this site), transactional email (delivery of form submissions to our inbox), Google Fonts (typefaces, loaded from Google's servers), and Umami Analytics. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Changes

If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the review date above. Questions about this notice: principal@sticcite.com or (331) 814-5402.
